01

Opening

I've always been drawn to expression. Growing up, art was my language, a way to communicate what words couldn't capture. As I got older, digital design opened up new possibilities. It gave me freedom, flexibility, and the ability to create without limits.

02

Community Work

I started volunteering in the community, doing design work for nonprofits. Organisations with incredible missions but tiny budgets. That's where I learned something crucial: a strong brand foundation isn't a luxury, it's essential. When you have limited resources, brand recognition and goodwill become your most valuable assets. A clear identity, a consistent message, a visual presence people remember. These things add real value, even if they're not on a balance sheet.

03

Listening

I also spent time in counselling and mental health work, which taught me something unexpected about communication. I learned to actively listen. To hear what people actually want, not just what they say. To notice when words and actions don't align. To understand how to meet people's real needs, not the surface level ones. That skill, truly understanding how people think and what drives them, changed everything about how I approach brand communication.

04

Where did this start?

Through all of this, one truth kept surfacing: good communication is the key to success. It's about understanding who you want to communicate to, why it matters, and making sure your intentions are clear. When you get that right, you connect with people on the same frequency. Authentically. Effortlessly.

05

The Gap

Here's what I noticed: so many talented business owners, skilled entrepreneurs, and passionate founders know their craft inside and out, but they struggle to communicate it. Not because they lack something to say, but because translation is a different skill. And that gap creates missed opportunities for connection and growth.

06

Why does this matter?

That's why Frequency exists. To bridge that gap. To help businesses communicate through digital channels in a way that genuinely connects.

07

Be Yourself

I believe the best thing you can do in business is be yourself. Your uniqueness is your value. What makes you different, your personality, your perspective, your approach, that's what makes your business different. My job isn't to change your direction or mould you into something I think would work better. My job is to help you show up as yourself, confidently, clearly, and consistently.

08

What do I stand for?

I'm here to amplify your vision. To give you confidence in your skills, your assets, your story. To translate what you already know into communication your market immediately understands and connects with.

09

Flexibility

I meet you where you're at, with what you need. Some clients need a full brand identity. Others need a website refresh or social media strategy. Some need strategic guidance, others need hands on execution. I'm flexible, whether that's working together in person, collaborating remotely, providing visual assets, written content, or whatever format works best for you.

10

How do we make it happen?

My process is rooted in listening. Understanding your business, your goals, your vision. Then translating that into brand experiences that feel authentically you while connecting powerfully with your audience.

11

Being Understood

There's something brilliant about being understood. About communicating clearly and watching people respond. That frequency, where your message lands exactly as intended, it's what every business deserves to find.

12

Experience

I've worked with nonprofits making every pound count, startups finding their footing, and small businesses ready to grow. The industry doesn't matter. The budget doesn't matter. What matters is the willingness to show up authentically and the commitment to communicate with clarity.

Ready to be heard?

If you're ready to amplify your signal and connect with your market, let's talk. I'm here to help you find your frequency.
